We are certified welding specialists for unalloyed, low-alloyed and high-alloyed steels in compliance with a wide variety of national and international standards and codes. Our compliance is assessed and confirmed by independent supervisory agencies including DNV GL and TÜV.

Our ability to satisfy your exacting requirements is documented by our certifications to: 

  • AD2000HP0
  • Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, Category II, Module A
  • DIN EN ISO 3834-3
  • EN 1090-2 

as well as other standards and codes.

In accordance with our quality management procedures, our welders regularly attend continuing education courses which keep them updated on state-of-the-art technologies and procedures. This is an essential prerequisite for consistently high quality in their welding work. 

Our fabrication facility is divided in two separate processing areas, one for carbon steel and one for stainless steel. This prevents airborne particle contamination, ensuring 100 % material purity at all times.

As manufacturers of pipeline components and prefabricated piping spools, we attach great importance to providing expert applications engineering and spot-on technical advice to our customers. 

Working with our extensive line-up of advanced production machinery, we can fabricate even the most complex components to your exact specifications. 

Flame cutting of contoured or other components is done using a CNC-controlled thermal cutting machine with a multiaxial burning head. 

We invest in new technologies on an ongoing basis and therefore are able carry out either manual welding or fully automated welding in exact accordance with the application or situation at hand.  

The welding processes we most commonly use in fabrication are MAG, WIG and SAW. We manufacture and process pipes and accessories from 21.3 mm to 2000 mm in diameter and up to 10 tonnes in weight. Our testing technicians are DIN EN ISO 9712:2012-12 certified and can therefore carry out a major part of the required non-destructive QC testing in-house. Included here are e.g. radiographic testing, penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing and visual testing.
